Detox Water for better Health

Drinking detox water is a good way to improve the metabolism and improve your overall health. Detoxing the body is when someone makes lifestyle changes to rid the body of harmful toxins.  Below are a few of my all time favorite detox recipes to get your body feeling healthy.


Pineapple Lime Detox

  • Get a jar
  • Squeeze the juice from 2 ripe limes into the jar
  • Cut pineapple into wedges and add it to the jar
  • Serve in a glass
  • Add parsley leaves to the glass to garnish








 Ginger Lemon Detox Water

  • Squeeze juice from 2 lemons into a jar
  • Add water to fill jar
  • Dice 1-inch ginger and add to jar
  • cut three lemon slices add in the jar
  • Serve







 Cucumber Mint Detox Water

  • Fill a jar with water
  • Slice 2/3 of a cucumber into thin slices and add to water
  • Add about 6 fresh mint leaves to water
  • serve in a mason jar or glass
